The hotel facilities were excellent, with a stunning pool and jacuzzi that were included in the price. the hotel itself is new and clean, and the staff were absolutely perfect. the breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of options, and I especially loved being able to choose my coffee from the espresso machine. the bed had an anatomic mattress and the bathroom was nice.

I was extremely impressed and had a wonderful stay. Cons: Nothing could have been better 😊.

Absolutely perfect location on the hill, exceptionally nice staff, everything was great. They gave us a nice size and well-equipped room with comfortable bed. Location: the hotel was near the outskirts of Cluj and cluj Napoca and a restaurant to eat. There was an indoor restaurant nearby.

The pool and jacuzzi were so dope, we didn't even have to pay extra. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff were super chill. The breakfast had mad options, and we could choose our own coffee. It was the perfect place for our teenage squad to kick back and have a blast!

The only thing that could've been better is if there was a sick party going on at the hotel. It would've been lit to have a DJ or some cool events for us young, party-going people.

Tci Social Club exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money and the quality of the room. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet spot with stunning green hills nearby. The staff, especially Alexandra, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Mind-blowing spacious rooms with comfy beds, super clean and well-equipped. The super friendly and welcoming staff made us feel at ease. We had a jaw-dropping experience at the excellent spa facilities. The restaurant offered a good choice of food and drinks. The stable and fast Wi-Fi was a great plus. the atmosphere was great for a short or long stay, with the added benefits of a seasonal outdoor pool, indoor swimming pool, saltwater pool, air conditioning, children's play area. Free parking and 24-hour security were also provided. No pets allowed and no smoking on site.

During my New Year stay, I was pleased with a couple of things. the hotel's cleanliness was outstanding, and the well-maintained pool added to the overall charm. the location was also a winner as it is situated on the outskirts of the city, making it easily accessible but also providing a sense of tranquility. the big and comfortable jacuzzi was a delight to relax in.

the breakfast provided was quite underwhelming, consisting of only two croissants. Although they did change it to a sandwich upon complaint, it still fell short of the advertised "amazing breakfast.

The room we stayed in had a balcony with a fantastic pool view. It was so refreshing to wake up and enjoy the view with a cup of coffee in hand. The private entrance also gave us a sense of exclusivity, making us feel like VIPs. The room was equipped with a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. We also appreciated the air conditioning, as it kept the room cool and comfortable. the room felt modern and cozy, making it a great place to relax and recharge.

The only thing I found less appealing was the soundproofing. It could be a bit noisy at times, especially when there were other guests nearby.

Kind receptionist, great kids swimming pool, well-equipped women's toilet, high standards in everything, nice kids play area.

Breakfast offers tasty options such as muesli, yogurt, ham, cheese, and homemade jam. the hostess goes out of her way to ensure guests are well looked after. the facility also has play areas for families and well-presented sports facilities.

The staff at times lack professionalism and have poor training, resulting in arguments and delays during meals.
